Request Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Google Play Store requirements, you can request the permanent erasure of your agency account, all registered depositor records, RD account histories, and stored DOP portal credentials.
What gets deleted?
- Your agency profile, owner name, mobile number, and login credentials.
- All depositor names, addresses, phone numbers, and WhatsApp communication history.
- All postal RD account balances, denomination schedules, and collection records.
- Saved DOP portal passwords (wiped immediately).
- This action is irreversible. Once purged, your agency cannot restore past passbook ledgers.
