1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RD Agent Software website, Android application, or Windows Desktop RPA suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or download our software.

2 License & Permitted Usage

Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software solely for operating your authorized India Post MPKBY / SAS recurring deposit collection agency.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or lease the software or backend APIs without express written authorization.

3 Agent Responsibility & Post Office Verification

While the software performs robotic entry and calculation checks, the agent remains solely responsible for verifying physical cash deposited at the Post Office counter, verifying generated postal transaction receipts, and ensuring all depositors' passbooks are accurately updated according to Department of Posts rules.

4 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall RD Agent Software or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from post office portal downtimes, network disruptions, local hardware failure, or disciplinary actions taken by postal authorities regarding agency licenses.

5 Data Protection & DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

All processing of recurring deposit account schedules, collection entries, and depositor identifiers is conducted in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Agents retain ownership as Data Principals / Fiduciaries, and RD Agent Software operates strictly as a Data Processor.

Agents may exercise their right to portable data export or complete account and record erasure at any time via the in-app settings or via our public Account & Data Deletion Portal.
